What you can expect from a Word Systems contract:

  • Quick Response (within two to four hours)
  • Our guarantee: When you place a service call, you can expect a telephone response within the hour! If fast service is needed, you can expect a technician to be there within two to four hours. We guarantee it.
  • Parts: Always as close as “overnight”. We have many commonly used parts in inventory. If we need a part for your unit that is not in our stock, we have it shipped overnight express, so it’s here first thing in the morning.
  • “Loaners” Policy: Available for most units. In general, if an equipment part is not available within 24 hours, we will furnish a loaner. This applies to all monitors, desktop printers, and most computers. In some cases, this policy may be impractical; i.e., lengthy setup and configuration would take longer to configure the loaner than the time for the new part to arrive.
